Return and Store Policy

We are sure you will love all your items from +MVMT, however we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.

HOW TO RETURN:

FREE RETURNS - prepaid shipping label provided with every purchase.

Once received, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and funds will be returned to the Credit Card/ Debit Card that was used for the original transaction. Please note that +MVMT does not offer direct exchanges and if you wish to purchase a new item then you will be provided with a credit note to make a new purchase.  

Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service as +MVMT cannot be held liable for any lost packages. It is very important to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived to us safely! 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

1. Items must be returned with 14 days of receiving your order
2. All original tags must remain attached
3. Item(s) must be unworn, and returned in original condition
4. Return must include original invoice and Returns Form

Sale items are final and cannot be returned. Any items returned outside the 14 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. Please take care when trying on swimwear and wear undergarments at all times. If returned, the hygiene sticker must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered. +MVMT reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.

SHIPPING

Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O boxes due to policies and procedures. +MVMT cannot be held responsible for any Duties and Taxes that may be incurred by International customs, and any additional charges rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes. Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee.

+MVMT garments should be washed in accordance to the care label attached to the garment or on the swing tag. Our highly technical fabrics, hand crafted intricate design details, colour panels and hand painted logos should be treated with care when washing them to increase the longevity of wear. We strongly advise washing all of +mvmt garments in cold water- by hand and dried flat. This is your special purchase after all, look after it and take care of the environment at the same time- we only have one after all!!
